Human CD6 antigen purified by immunoaffinity chromatography from HBP ALL cells followed by preparative SDS-PAGE of non boiled non reduced sample (excised piece of gel corresponding to the 100 kDa zone).
Do not use after expiration date stamped on vial label.
Short term exposure to room temperature should not affect the quality of the reagent. However, if reagent is stored under any conditions other than those specified, the conditions must be verified by the user.
The purified antibody was conjugated with R Phycoerythrin (PE) under optimum conditions. The conjugate was purified by size exclusion chromatography and adjusted for direct use. No reconstitution is necessary.
The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
Flow Cyt: Use 20µl for 106 cells or 100µl whole blood.
IP: Use at an assay dependent dilution.
WB: Use at an assay dependent dilution. Use under non reducing conditions. Predicted molecular weight: 100 kDa.
Not yet tested in other applications.
Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
Involved in cell adhesion. Binds to CD166.
Expressed by thymocytes, mature T-cells, a subset of B-cells known as B-1 cells, and by some cells in the brain.
Contains 3 SRCR domains.
After T-cell activation, becomes hyperphosphorylated on Ser and Thr residues and phosphorylated on Tyr residues. Contains intrachain disulfide bond(s).
