    • Immunohistochemical analysis of CD7 in paraffin embedded Human tonsil tissue, using ab109296 at a diluiton of 1/100.
    • Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence analysis of Jurkat (Human T cell leukemia T lymphocyte) cells labeling CD7 with Ab109296 at 1/250. ab150077 AlexaFluor®488 Goat anti-Rabbit weas used as a the secondary antibody at 1/1000. Cells were fixed with 100% methanol. Nuclei are stained blue with DAPI.
