Functional Studies Use at an assay dependent concentration.

Inhibits T cell proliferation induced by dendritic cells.

ICC/IF Use a concentration of 0.5 - 1 µg/ml.
IP Use at an assay dependent concentration.

0.5 - 1 µg/500 µg protein lysate

Flow Cyt Use 0.5-1µg for 106 cells.

Final volume 100 µL.

IHC-Fr Use a concentration of 0.5 - 1 µg/ml.
