    CD8 alpha Antibody Panel ab252196 contains multiple trial-sized versions of anti-human antibody clones against CD8 alpha, specifically selected for high performance in IHC. This panel contains 6 recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies against human CD8 alpha. They are provided in trial sizes to allow you to easily evaluate which is the best CD8 alpha antibody for your IHC research assay needs.

    Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) analysis of human spleen tissue labelling CD8 alpha with purified ab93278 at 1/500. Heat mediated antigen retrieval was performed using Tris/EDTA buffer pH 9. ab97051, a HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (H+L) was used as the secondary antibody (1/500). Negative control using PBS instead of primary antibody. Counterstained with hematoxylin.
