  • Flow cytometry analysis of BALB/c mouse splenocytes stained with Rat Anti-Mouse CD90-FITC ab25641 (1 µg/106cells) and Rat Anti-Mouse CD3 epsilon-PE ab25641.
  • Ab25672, at a concentration of 1µg for 106 cells, staining CD90/Thy1 in BALB/c mice mesenteric lymph node cells by Immunofluorescence. Some cells were also stained with rat IgG2c FITC as a negative control. Lymphocytes were then gated and analyzed on a flow cytometer.

I found conflicting information about the expression of CD90 on NIH3T3 cells: No expression or expression of Thy1.2 (CD90.2). ab226 only recognizes Thy1.1 (CD90.1). I therefore suggest to use ab25672 (Anti-CD90 / Thy1 antibody [G7] (FITC)) which will bind CD90.1 and CD90.2. I could not find any reliable data on the expression of Ly6 on NIH3T3 cells either, but can confirm that ab25031 will bind to Ly6A.2 and Ly6E. I am sorry that I could not be more helpful, but I hope that the available literature in this area can provide some clarification.
