    ab25272 stimulates T-cell proliferation and IL-2 secretion, via signalling through the T-cell receptor/CD3 complex. ab25272 has also been reported to promote apoptosis of thymocytes and CTL clones, and to mediate adhesion of thymocytes to thymic stroma.

Thank you for your enquiry. I have been in correspondence with the source of this antibody and unfortunately they in turn source this antibody. They have informed me that they have not been provided with details of the immunogen from their originator and have not mapped the epitope themselves. Therefore unfortunately I cannot provide you with a prediction of the sequence similarity and infer the likely reactivity with human. I am sorry I can not be of more assistance but at present all I can determine is that this antibody has been tested against mouse.
