  • ab8855 staining CD99 in the Human Ewing Sarcoma Celline CHP cell line by Flow Cytometry. The sample was incubated with the primary antibody (1/60 in PBS) for 30 minutes at 4°C. A FITC-conjugated Goat anti-mouse IgG (1/500) was used as the secondary antibody.
    Gating Strategy: Live Cells.
