I am very interested in antibodies that might discriminate between phospho-CDK1 and phospho-CDK2. ab76146 is described as detecting CDK2 phospho-Y15, but your site does not say whether it also detects CDK1 phosphorylated at this site (which is the same consensus sequence). Thanks.

Thank you for your inquiry. I have confirmed with the laboratory that we have not tested cross-reactivity with phospho-CDK1. Sequence analysis shows that the immunogen of ab76146 shares 100% identity with human CDK1. Thus, I would predict cross-reactivity, but it is not guaranteed without data.
