IHC-P 1/50 - 1/100. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris/EDTA buffer pH 9.0 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.

WB 1/10000. Detects a band of approximately 33 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 34 kDa).

For unpurified use at 1/1000 - 1/10000.

A band of 65 kDa is also observed in 293T cells overexpressing cdk1, 2, 3, 5 (phospho Y15)
