CDKN1A interacting zinc finger protein 1/CIZ1 was immunoprecipitated from 1 mg of HeLa (human epithelial cell line from cervix adenocarcinoma) whole cell lysate with 2.5 μg of ab102013. Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using ab102013 at 1/1000 dilution.
Lane 1: HeLa whole cell lysate 40 μg (Input).
