I'm working on the bioinformatic and proteomic research concerning with p16INK4a. I'd like to compare (for further wet lab experiment) the binding behavior of my short peptide and anti p16INK4a (ab54210) to the native p16INK4a molecules. Could you please advice me where can I get the protein sequence and structure of antibody, ab54210, specifically or at least the protein sequence/structure of the immunogen using in the antibody producing process.
Thank you very much for your caring support in advance,

Thank you very much for your patience, while I was trying to get information from lab.
Lab has confirmed that, the expression vector was provided to us for protein expression as a gift by a customer, to be used as the antigen. We were never supplied with the protein sequence for it as that information was considered proprietary, so we actually do not know the immunogen sequence for this particular antibody, and the immunogen is not available for commercial purchase.
We however can provide exact immunogen sequence for ab80, ab94619, abd26696, ab26911, ab53030, ab53031, ab40803, ab81278 and ab108349.
I sincerely apologize as we are unable to help due to non-availability of data. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any other question.
