The customer tested same human sample with ab7962 and ab54210 but two results showed different pattern.
ab7962 showed 16, 40 kDa bands but 16 kDa is more strong and
ab54210 also showed two bands but 40 kDa is more storng.
If 16kDa is from isform 1 then how 40kDa can be explained?
Two antibodies showed different pattern, our customer is confused about this.

I heard back from my lab colleagues, and confirmed the results you had obtained are consistent with the specificity of both antibodies.
Ab54210 recognises isoform 4 of the protein, at ˜40KDa, whereas ab7962 targets mainly isoform 1 of the protein at ˜16KDa.
