Acts as mGlu5 agonist at higher concentrations. Brain penetrant and antipsychotic in vivo.

Thank you for contacting Abcam.For storage purposes we do have the following recommendation on the datasheet " Wherever possible, you should prepare and use solutions on the same day. However, if you need to make up stock solutions in advance, we recommend that you store the solution as aliquots in tightly sealed vials at -20°C. Generally, these will be useable for up to one month. Before use, and prior to opening the vial we recommend that you allow your product to equilibrate to room temperature for at least 1 hour."
As you stored your solution already made up in DMSO at 4C, this could explain why the product is no longer working. However as a gesture of good will we would like to send a replacement vial of 10 mg.
If you could provide me with the original Abcam order number, I will be happy to send you the replacement.
