    Ab220799 is the carrier-free version of ab76541. This format is designed for use in antibody labeling, including fluorochromes, metal isotopes, oligonucleotides, enzymes.

      Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence analysis of SW480 (Human colorectal adenocarcinoma epithelial cell) cells labeling CDX2 with Purified ab76541 at 1:500 dilution (1.5 µg/ml). Cells were fixed in 4% Paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with 0.1% tritonX-100. Cells were counterstained with Ab195889 Anti-alpha Tubulin antibody [DM1A] - Microtubule Marker (Alexa Fluor® 594) 1:200 (2.5 µg/ml).       Flow Cytometry analysis of HT-29 (Human colorectal adenocarcinoma epithelial cell) cells labeling CDX2 with Purified ab76541 at 1:80 dilution (10 µg/ml) (red).
