Happy New Year. I have tested the second aliquot of the Cellubrevin antibody ab68833 and compared it directly to another of your Cellubrevin antibodies ab5789. Unfortunately it still doesn’t work whereas ab5789 gives good bands in all samples. I have also tested another of your Cellubrevin antibodies in the same experiment a mouse monoclonal ab81610, which again does not give any bands. Please attached slide. What happens now? Best Wishes

Thank you for your new contact and updates. Unfortunately, one the files you have kindly sent to us can’t be opened so I am afraid I am unable to take a look at it. Could you resend it to me? According to our last correspondence (16th December 2011), you did not receive the replacement vial of this antibody which was sent to your Company on 1st December. - When you received the replacement vial finally? - How was the antibody stored? I understand that you are satisfied with another Abcam product (ab5789) which worked as it expected. I could arrange a credit note for you for the cost of the original ab68833 which you can use in future purchase. Let me know how you wish to proceed. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
