Question

I do not know when the antibody arrived, but it was stored in the freezer until I tested it. The attachment is a power point slide, would a word document be better? A credit note would be good for the failed antibody. What about the mouse monoclonal that also failed? I also tested your sheep antibody ab72402 which work well, but a picture is not included. Please let me know if you want to see that picture also. Best Wishes

Thank you for your response and for reattaching the image. I can arrange the credit note for the cost of ab68833, our Abpromise applies for this complaint. Initially, the problem was reported only with ab68833 and looking at our system there is no record for a complaint for the other antibody ab81610. Every single complaint needs to be reported and investigated independently. As our Abpromise indicates, in the event that a product is not functioning in the applications/species cited on the product data sheet (and the problem has been reported within 6 months of purchase) we will happily offer a credit note/refund to the value of the product purchased. Regarding ab81610: - Could you please confirm the batch and order number, - Please specify the secondary antibody used for detection I look forward to hearing from you soon.
