Predicted band size: 40 kDa
Observed band size: 37 kDa why is the actual band size different from the predicted?
Additional bands at: 85 kDa. We are unsure as to the identity of these extra bands.
Primary incubation was 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence. An additional band of unknown identity was consistently observed at 85 kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunising peptide.
