Since each vial does 200 µg antibody, is the volume critical to the reaction? In other words, you supplied the antibodies at 1 mg/ml. Can't I use 200 µl antibody?

The lab has found that the volume is critical to the reaction, and theefficiency of the reaction will be significantly lower if more than 100 uL used. With 200 uL, I would be concerned that very little antibody will be conjugated.
