Our costmer's claim point is not non-specific staining but no staining.
She tried 1:50, 1:100, 1:200, 1:500and it showed no staining and alsohadblocking step.

I apologise for any confusion. Information provided in the original questionaire stated the problem was 'non specific staining'. For our investigations, it is important to have correct details on the form. There was also some non specific stianing in some of the images that were kindly sent. Reviewing the images again, it seem the results are inconsistentant. Sometimes there is nonspecific staining, and sometimes no staining.
In this case, I am sorry to hear the suggestions made have not improved the results on this occasion. I appreciate the time you have spent on these experiments and would be pleased to arrange a free of charge replacement or credit note in compensation.
