      Question

      Anti-Chromogranin A antibody [EP1030Y] ab68271
Could you tell me whether the peptide immunogen for this antibody was within the signal peptide sequence i.e. between aa 1-18 or is it within the ‘mature’ protein sequence i.e. from aa19 onwards?
The information might enable me to interpret the results of my westerns with this antibody. Grateful for any insight.
      regards,
