  • Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) analysis of neuroendocrine tumor tissue labeling Chromogranin A with ab715.

  • Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence analysis of human prostate cells labeling Chromogranin A with ab715 at 1/200 dilution (green). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with 0.8% Triton X-100. A donkey anti-mouse (Alexa Fluor® 647) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/400 dilution.
