Target

Images

  • ab12241 staining Chromogranin C / SGII in Mouse primary cortical neuronal cells treated with IL-1β by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.2% Triton X-100 for 15 minutes and blocked with 10% serum for 1 hours at room temperature°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/1000 in 0.3% BSA) for 1 hour at room temperature. An Alexa Fluor®488-conjugated Goat anti-rabbit IgG polyclonal (1/2000) was used as the secondary antibody.

Customer reviews and Q&As

Answer

This antibody has been tested on frozen sections of human pituitary. We do not know if it will work on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections. Ab12241 has also been tested on monolayer cultures of a pituitary tumor cell line, GH4C1, for which fixation wasn't required. If you have any additional questions, please contact us again.
