Tissue specificity

293T whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) was used for immunoprecipitation with ab128179 at 3 µg/mg (lane 1) and control IgG (lane 2). Western blotting was performed using ab128179 at 1/1000 dilution. Detection by chemiluminescence was performed for 10 seconds.
