HeLa (Human epithelial cell line from cervix adenocarcinoma) cells stained for CKAP1/TBCB (Green) using ab237483 at a 1/100 dilution in ICC/IF. Secondary used is an Alexa-Fluor®488-conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L).
CKAP1/TBCB was immunoprecipitated from HeLa (Human epithelial cell line from cervix adenocarcinoma) whole cell lysate using 4 µg of ab237483.
Lane 1: Rabbit control IgG (1 µg) in HeLa whole cell lysate.
Lane 2: ab237483 (4 µg) in HeLa whole cell lysate.
Lane 3: HeLa whole cell lysate (20 µg input).
For western blotting, an HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG, specific to the non-reduced form of IgG was used as the secondary antibody at a 1/50,000 dilution.
