    I have had a look into your request to see if any of the antibodies we have directed against CKS1 and CKS2 are likely to show specificity towards its target (i.e. not cross react with CKS2 and CKS1 respectively).
    Unfortunately, none of our antibodies against these targets have been tested for their specificity and the homology between the two proteins is very high. From the sequence alignment I have attached, the homology is 81% and the only region of great difference is from residues 12-17 and 25-30. In order to distinguish the two you would therefore need an antibody raised against a peptide taken from these regions and preferably a monoclonal antibody to ensure the consistency of the specificity.
    Unfortunately, we do not have any antibodies currently in our catalogue which matches these criteria. The majority of our antibodies against these targets are rabbit polyclonals raised against large regions of the protein. Even the monoclonal antibodies we have would not be suitable as they have been raised against the full length protein and whilst they may be able to differentiate between the proteins, it would be more likely that they would not be able to.
