This antibody was raised against an immunogen that is present in both isoforms of CLEC1B. The predicted molecular weight of isoforma 1 and 2 are 27- and 23-kDa respectively. We hypothesise that ab87347 recognises isoform 2 of CLEC1B in human platelet cell lysate.
