Thank you for your review of this antibody's performance with a previously untested species (mouse) and in a previously untested application (IHC of frozen tissue). For formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue, we found that a heat-mediated antigen retrieval before incubation with the antibody improved signal intensity. This could also be applied to sections of frozen tissue if they are not too fragile.
