We know there is a vast amount of COVID-19 information out there right now. To save you sorting through the masses for relevant resources, here are three that we think are particularly useful. Hopefully, they will save you some time and may even help work towards a solution, faster.
1. The Coronavirus Tech Handbook
This crowd-sourced wiki offers access to a plethora of information spanning scientific articles, technological developments, epidemiology data, parenting, home working advice, volunteering opportunities, and more. It is a rapidly evolving resource containing advice from thousands of expert contributors, so should provide at least some answers, whatever your question may be.
2. ResearchGate community
This initiative from the well-established scientific and researcher social networking site is dedicated to providing updates on the latest COVID-19 research. It is being continuously updated to ensure the latest COVID-19 research, and offers researcher support and answers, to contribute to the body of research the international community is using to combat the current crisis.
3. Science Matters: Let’s Talk About COVID-19.
This free online course is provided by Abdul Latif Jameel Institute for Disease and Emergency Analytics (J-IDEA) at Imperial College London, researchers at the forefront of the response to the COVID-19 emergency. The course aims to provide an understandable approach to the science behind the COVID-19 outbreak, including epidemiology, potential treatments, containment measures, economic impacts, and the role of social media and local communities in response to the pandemic.
