ab150666 (Copper Stain (For Microwave)) staining copper deposits (brown) in human Wilson’s disease liver (lower image). Significantly reduced staining is seen in human normal liver (upper image, may even be lipofuscin). Hematoxylin (blue) is used as a nuclear counterstain in both tissues.
