Anti-COX IV antibody (ab63947) at 0.01 µg/ml (1 hour) + Human Muscle lysate in RIPA buffer at 35 µg
Developed using the ECL technique.
Observed band size: 18 kDa why is the actual band size different from the predicted?
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) of Human Testis useing ab63947 at 2.5µg/ml. Steamed antigen retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6, AP-staining.
Immunohistochemical analysis of formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded human thyroid gland tissue sections labeling COXIV with ab63947 at 2.5 µg/mL. Tissue underwent antigen retrieval in citrate buffer pH 6.0. A AP-staining procedure was used for tissue staininng.
