All lanes : Anti-COX5A antibody [EPR14208(B)] (ab180129) at 1/5000 dilution
Lane 1 : HeLa cell lysate
Lane 2 : HepG2 cell lysate
Lane 3 : A431 cell lysate
Lane 4 : Human fetal heart lysate
Lysates/proteins at 20 µg per lane.
All lanes : Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at 1/1000 dilution
Predicted band size: 17 kDa
The observed MW is lower than the predicted 17kDa, which may be due to the removing of 4KDa transit peptide.
Immunoprecipitation analysis of HeLa cells labeling COX5A using ab180129 at 1/50 dilution. A Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at 1/2000 was used as secondary antibody.
Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human kidney tissue labeling COX5A using ab180129 at 1/500 dilution. A Goat anti rabbit IgG (HRP) prediluted was used as secondary. Counterstain: Hematoxylin.
Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.
