ab128015 at 1/100 staining CPNE6 in HeLa cells by Immunocytochemistry
2 µg of ab128015 was added to aliquots of cleared cell lysates from transfected Human cell lines and incubated for 2 hr at 4°C. Protein-G Dynabeads were then added, and lysates were incubated for additional 2 hr at 4°C to capture the IgG-protein complex. Anti-V5 antibody was used in parallel as a positive control. As a negative control, primary antibody was excluded.
