  • Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) analysis of human pancreatic islet cell tumor (left) and mouse teratoma (right) tissues labelling CPSF2/CPSF100 with ab81553 at 1/200 (1µg/ml). Detection: DAB.

  • All lanes : Anti-CPSF2/CPSF100 antibody (ab81553) at 0.04 µg/ml

Lane 1 : HeLa whole cell lysate at 50 µg
Lane 2 : HeLa whole cell lysate at 15 µg
Lane 3 : HeLa whole cell lysate at 5 µg
Lane 4 : 293T whole cell lysate at 50 µg
Lane 5 : NIH3T3 whole cell lysate at 50 µg

    Developed using the ECL technique.

    Predicted band size: 88 kDa
    Observed band size: 100 kDa
why is the actual band size different from the predicted?
Additional bands at: 80 kDa. We are unsure as to the identity of these extra bands.

    Exposure time: 30 seconds
  • HeLa cell lysate (1mg) was immunoprecipitated using ab81553 at 3µg/mg (lane 1) or IgG control (lane 2). 20% of the immunoprecipitate was analysed by Western blotting using ab81553 at 1µg/ml. Bands were observed by chemiluminescence with a 3 second exposure time.
