I have checked the following alignments with the following homology results:
CK BB: human-mouse: 97%
CK MM: human-mouse: 97%
CK MB: human-mouse: 97% - there is no separate sequence for MB as the protein is a heterodimer of the M and the B chain.

CKMM is the major form in skeletal muscle and myocardium, MB exists in myocardium, and BB exists in many tissues, especially brain.

I used the following sequences from SwissProt:
human CK BB: http://www.uniprot.org/uniprot/P12277

mouse CK BB: http://www.uniprot.org/uniprot/Q04447
mouse CK MM: http://www.uniprot.org/uniprot/P07310

As for the homology between human CK BB and MM: 81%
Regions of low homologies are between residues 8-20,162-173,254-272 , 361-381

As for the homology between mouse CK BB and MM: 79%
Regions of low homologies are between residues 1-21, 162-177, 254-271, 299-314, 359-379

Thus, it would be importantto find antibodies that were raised againstone of these regions in order to avoid crossreactivity. As for the MB form,I am not certain if the antibodies raised against the MB form would be absolutely specific- based on the nature of the protein being composed of the B and M chain.

For creatine kinase B, we have 5 antibodies: ab38211, ab92452, ab108388, ab125114,and ab38212 that were tested in WB and mouse.

For ab92452, we know that the immunogen maps at the C-terminus. For ab125114, we also know the immunogen peptide as residues 4-20. Both these antibodies would be a good choice for low crossreactivity.

For creatine kinase M, we have 1 antibody (ab126244) thatis predicted to work in mouse, all other antibodies have only been tested in human. For ab126244, the immunogen was a fragment (residues 1-328), thus we do not know where the antibody would bind.

For creatine kinaseMB, we have 2 antibodies that have been tested in WB but not yet in mouse: ab31832 and ab72002.
ab31832 was raised against the full length protein, thsu we donot know where the antibody would bind, and ab72002 was raised againsta recombinant human Creatine Kinase MB protein purified from E.coli, thus, again we would not know the binding site.
