    • Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence analysis of Ramos (Human Burkitt's lymphoma B lymphocyte) cells labeling CXCR5 with purified ab133706 at 1:100 dilution (2.1μg/ml). Cells were fixed in 100% Methanol and counterstained with Ab195889 Anti-alpha Tubulin antibody [DM1A] - Microtubule Marker (Alexa Fluor® 594) 1:200 (2.5 μg/ml). ab150077 Goat anti rabbit IgG(Alexa Fluor® 488) was used as the secondary antibody at 1:1000 dilution. DAPI nuclear counterstain. PBS instead of the primary antibody was used as the secondary antibody only control.

      Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence analysis of Raji cells labelling CXCR5 with unpurified ab133706 at 1/500. Cells were fixed with 4% Paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100. ab150077, Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (1/1000) was used as the secondary antibody. Cells were co-stained with ab7291, a mouse anti-tubulin antibody (1/1000) using ab150120, an Alexa Fluor® 594-conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG (1/1000) as the secondary. Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (blue).

    ab133706 Anti-CXCR5 antibody [EPR8837] was tested in mouse and rat tissue lysates: brain, heart, kidney, and spleen.

    To our knowledge, ab112521 Anti-BCA1 antibody has not been tested in endogenous samples at all, so do not have any information if it will react within the tissue slides. Interestingly, this is the same for all our BCA1 antibodies.
