Additional data

Additional Notes
We extracted mitochondrial fraction and cytosolic fraction of the cardiac tissue. We detected the bands with Western Sure Substrate on a C-Digit Scanner from Li-Cor. Specific bands were seen at about 15kDa. Additional band were detected at about 30kDa. We are not sure if these bands are unspecific or dimeric cytochrome C.
