1) Does'have not had any positive results' mean no staining at all, non-specific background staining or an incorrect staining pattern? The answer is there is absolutely no staining at all, even at a 1:30 dilution there is no background staining.
2) Could you confirm the order number x? This information is correct.
For the time being, can we have a credit note for compensation as we try to determine what our next plan of action is.
