ab9021 staining normal breast tissue section (frozen), fixated in Methanol, staining epithelial cells. These pictures are part of the review submitted by Rene Villadsen.
ab9021 staining Cytokeratin 7 in mouse liver, heterogeneous primary cell culture by Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence. Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with saponin and blocked with 3% Mouse Ig Blocking reagent (component of a commercially available mouse on mouse MOM kit) at 200C for 30 minutes. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/100: in dilution buffer from MOM kit) for 1 hour at 200C. An Alexa Fluor ® 568-conjugated rabbit polyclonal to mouse IgG was used as secondary antibody at 1/250 dilution.
