Tissue specificityExpressed in cultured epidermal, bronchial and mesothelial cells but absent in colon, ectocervix and liver. Observed throughout the glandular cells in the junction between stomach and esophagus but is absent in the esophagus.

ab9021 staining Cytokeratin 7 in mouse liver, heterogeneous primary cell culture by Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence. Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with saponin and blocked with 3% Mouse Ig Blocking reagent (component of a commercially available mouse on mouse MOM kit) at 200C for 30 minutes. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/100: in dilution buffer from MOM kit) for 1 hour at 200C. An Alexa Fluor ® 568-conjugated rabbit polyclonal to mouse IgG was used as secondary antibody at 1/250 dilution.

All lanes : Whole tissue lysate prepared from human pancreatic tumor tissue.
