This antibody performs very well. The optimal antigen retrieval condition in my experience is 10mM Sodium Citrate Buffer 0.05% Tween (Tween addition is optional) pH 6.0 - An enzymatic antigen retrieval option with Proteinase K is also suitable but you need to be careful with the concentration. Too much could easily damage your tissue. The attached picture shows a mammary duct (from a WT mouse) stained for CK8 (in yellow) and Hoechst (as counterstain). The picture was taken using a Leica Microscope and using a 20x Objective.
