Additional Notes
IHC on 20µm frozen section of spinal cord. Embryos were fixed by immersion in 4% paraformaldehyde in 0.12 M phosphate buffer, pH 7.4 (PFA) and then cryoprotected in 10% sucrose. Cryostat sections were blocked in 0.2% gelatin in PBS containing 0.25% Triton X-100 and incubated with primary AB overnight at room temperature in the same buffer.

It appears that under these experimental conditions, ab32140 does not specifically detect Daxx in the frozen section of mouse spinal cord. We welcome further customer feedback.
