IHC-P 1/50. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval via the pressure cooker method before commencing with IHC staining protocol.

For antigen retrieval, we recommend Heat Induced Epitope Retrieval (HIER) by using Decloaking Chamber/Pressure Cooker. Run the heat program for 30 seconds at 125°C, then let the slides cool down to room temperature.

WB 1/1000 - 1/10000. Predicted molecular weight: 70 kDa.
