DDX5 was immunoprecipitated from 1 mg HeLa (human epithelial cell line from cervix adenocarcinoma) whole cell lysate using ab245472 at 6 µg per reaction. Western blot was performed on the immunoprecipitate using ab245472 at 1 µg/ml.
Lane 1: ab245472 IP in HeLa whole cell lysate.
Lane 2: Control IgG in HeLa whole cell lysate.
Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 1 second.
Prepared using NETN lysis buffer.
