Hi, I've recently purchased the following products: ab41490, ab41623 and ab41616, which are anti-ns1 (DENV) mouse monoclonal from DN1, DN2 and DN3 clones, respectively. I would like to know if these antibodies recognize conformational epitopes of DENV NS1 protein produced from different organisms (E. coli, P. pastoris, mammalian cells). Regards,

Thank you for your enquiry. Wecan only confirm that ab41490 DN1 antibody will recognize NS1 protein from an MVA NS1 recombinant.I am sorry, we have no data from NS1 expressed in E coli or P pastoris However, if your recombinant proteins (ie NS1 from DENV2 strains 16681 or NGC) are folded properly, these antibodies would most likely work. Hence, these antibodies could be used to monitor proper folding of recombinant proteins. However, I am sorry we would not be able to guarantee this, and you would need to test this out yourself. I hope this will be helpful to you. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
