Thank you for your reply. I realized that into the datasheet of ab41490, ab41616 and ab41623, I couldn't find about the specific storage buffer. The only information is 10mM Sodium Azide. I would like to know about the storage buffer because the concentration is not determined and I need to know the antibody concentration. Is there a suggested method to quantify these antibodies? Regards,

Thank you for your reply. These three antibodies are provided as tissue culture supernatant. This is stated in the purity section of the datasheet. It has some sodium azide added to it, but is not provided in a storage buffer. I am sorry we do not know the concentration of these antibodies. Antibody concentration is usually determined by a protein assay. Because the tissue culture supernatant contains many other proteins, this would not be an accurate method in this case. We can estimate that tissue culture supernatantusually containsapproximately 1 - 3 mg/ml or antibody. I am sorry we are unable to provide more precise information on this occasion. However, I hope it is helpful. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
