Thanks for the prompt service. However, the technical datasheet packed along with the antibody says - Concentration - Concentration not determined. Can you please provide the concentration of the antibody in the supernatant you have sent to me. I require the concentration to start my assay. Awaiting your feedback. Best Regards, DETECTION METHOD no POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE CONTROLS USED no ANTIBODY STORAGE CONDITIONS no SAMPLE PREPARATION no MATRIX USED no DETERGENT no AMOUNT OF PROTEIN LOADED no ELECTROPHORESIS/GEL CONDITIONS no SECONDARY ANTIBODY no HOW MANY TIMES HAVE YOU TRIED THE APPLICATION? o HAVE YOU RUN A "NO PRIMARY" CONTROL? Thank you for contacting Abcam. As ab41623 is a tissue culture supernatant, the concentration has not been determined. The following dilutions have been recommended, for western blot 1/50-1-100 and for ICC/IF, 1/5-1/20. The antibody has not been tested in IP and so the optimal dilution has not been determined but I would recommend starting at the higher end and using a 5ul of antibody per 100ug of tissue/cell lysate. You may find that you would have to increase this concentration but it is a good starting point. Please let me know if there is anything else I can help with.
