This product is an IgG fraction antibody purified from monospecific antiserum by a multi-step process including delipidation, salt fractionation and ion exchange chromatography followed by extensive dialysis against buffer.

Dot: Use at an assay dependent dilution.
ELISA: 1/3000 - 1/14000.
This antibody has been assayed against 1.0µg of Dextranase in a standard capture ELISA using Peroxidase conjugated streptavidin and ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT.
IM: Use at an assay dependent dilution.
WB: Use at an assay dependent dilution. Predicted molecular weight: 67 kDa.
Suitable for other antibody based assays using streptavidin or avidin conjugates.
