    Additional bands at: <30 kDa, 117 kDa, 65 kDa. We are unsure as to the identity of these extra bands.

  • Immunoprecipitation of DHX8/prp22 from HeLa whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) using ab70588 at 3 µg/mg lysate for IP and at 1 µg/ml for subsequent WB detection.
    Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
