Question

Inquiry: Is it possible to do an accurate protein assay (eg, Bradford-type) on the lysates obtained with the DPP4 Assay Buffer?

Answer

The assay buffer contains a detergent and typically Bradford assay is not compatible with detergents. It’s preferable to use a BCA assay with such buffers as opposed to Bradford.
