Antigen Retrieval Method:
1x Dako-- Dilute 10x Dako solution. Pressure cook 10'. Allow to cool to RT. Wash in 200mM Glycine 10' at RT. Wash with 1x PBS. Block in 5% NGS 1 hr at RT. Incubate antibody 1:200 overnight at 4 degrees C.
4) Citrate-- 1:100 dilution stock solution Vector Cat# H3300. Pressure cook 10'.
5) 0.25% Trypsin-EDTA-- 20' at 37 degrees C.
Attempted antibody dilutions:
1:100, 1:200, 1:500, 1:1000.
RT 2 hours
4 degrees C, overnight.
