Hi, We recently got the AB75592 and AB75593 two antibodies from you. Could you please let us know whether these two monoclonal antibody can react with gyrase A and B from S. aureus respectively? Thanks,

Thank you for your enquiry. ab75592 and ab75593 are monclonal antibodies specific to different E coli gyrase protein domains so I'm not sure whether they will react. We haven't tested them against S. aureus gyrase. We have two polyclonal antibodies that exhibit some reactivity against both E. coli and S. aureus gyrase and these are listed below. ab75594 DNA Gyrase A antibody Click here (or use the following: https://www.abcam.com/DNA-Gyrase-A-antibody-ab75594.html). ab75596 DNA Gyrase B antibody Click here (or use the following: https://www.abcam.com/DNA-Gyrase-B-antibody-ab75596.html). I hope this information helps. Please do not hesitate to contact me should you have further questions.
